Only my opinion, but I've never been a steroids sore foot of a diabetic. You do not want to push the immune system anyway, hydro cortical zone with a corticosteroid low as 1%. Patients with DM have a terrible time with yeast infections. Would treat athlete's foot cream on it. No type of work, or even rubbing alcohol, if you endure the burning. Sometimes they have even more yeast in the body, such as eczema or under the armpits, chest, and navy. It's just a mushroom, so you need a fungicide.

Ulcer is only a word for a wound. If you see infected wounds, the incurable, you should consult a doctor for antibiotics.

Perhaps athlete's foot? IDK! Do what the doctor said and I hope everything will go well. It could be simply that in the summer and not for the feet so that they are also a kind of dry? I wish I could be more useful. Good luck!
